Bob is a University of Illinois graduate and started his career in Banking. He helped launch Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments in 1996 alongside the owners. He has made this organization what it is today by creating a portfolio of quality apartments with satisfied residents and a team of goal-oriented individuals to ensure that things stay that way. Bob is a pilot, golf enthusiast, swimmer, and fan of blues music. As the master of all things Royse & Brinkmeyer, the buck stops here!

Collin started off as a part-time painter. He also worked part-time as a leasing agent while attending the University of Illinois and accepted a position as community manager and web editor in Spring 2005. When not at work, he plays lead guitar in local rock band "The Breaks". He is also an avid golfer, tennis player, and basketball player. Amanda Irby
Community Manager
Amanda moved to Champaign from the central coast of California. She is an avid NFL fan and continues to support her hometown 49ers. She began her career at Royse & Brinkmeyer in the Spring of 2002 as a leasing agent. She began as community manager in the winter of 2004 and spent several months managing all of the Royse & Brinkmeyer communities! She now manages the following properties: Stonegate Village, Ginger Creek, Colonial Village, Colonial South, Continental Plaza, Stoneleigh Court, Anthony Drive, and 211 W. Shirley Badman
Director Of Finance
Shirley is the newest member to the Royse and Brinkmeyer management team, joining the Accounting Department as Director of Finance in December of 2005. She brings nearly 25 years of both public and private accounting experience to the position. Native to the central Illinois area, Shirley makes her home in Camargo with her husband and two sons. She loves football (both of her sons are starting linemen for the Villa Grove Blue Devils), music, and theatre. Please feel free to contact Shirley with any concerns that you may have!
Linda Morgan
Receptionist
Linda, a native having returned to Champaign, joined our family in 2005. She is an avid reader and cat lover. She is at heart a gypsy as evidenced by her having lived in Tucson and Phoenix, AZ, Arlington, Austin, Conroe and Montgomery TX, Louisville, KY and Lake Tahoe, NV after leaving Champaign in the late seventies. She has two adult sons and a granddaughter. She has a varied work history including working for a natural gas utility in AZ and NV, a telephone company in TX and a school of real estate in AZ. Best of all, residents and co-worker`s heartily appreciate her sense of humor!
Anna Glasa
Office Manager
Anna`s family background is in the construction business and she spent 25 years of her career as a realtor. This varied background makes her an excellent resource to look after property and the good people residing in them. Her organizational skills are especially well utilized in planinng social functions with residents and amongst the company. When not overseeing the community managers, she spends her time quilting and looking after her family. Though the managers carry out most of the communications with residents, it is wonderful to know that Anna is standing behind the team.
