Apartment Condition Report

Per page 6, section 16 of the Rules and Regulations portion of your lease, you will need to fill out the apartment condition report within 72 hours of your lease start date. This is to make a record of the state of your apartment upon move in. You can also note any issues you would like to have addressed by maintenance.

There are two ways to fill out your Apartment Condition Report.

Online

You can fill out your Apartment Condition Report online here. You will need to download the completed document and email it to info@roysebrinkmeyer.com.

By Hand

There should be an Aparment Condition Report on your kitchen counter when you move in. If it is lost, you can print a new copy here. Fill it out and return it to your community manager at their office:
