R B is constantly planning events and adding new features for tenants to build a sense of community and also meet any of our needs. The apartment I am in is perfect for my living situation and offers plenty of space, especially in common areas, to customize however I want. The unit actually looked like it was thoroughly cleaned when I arrived, and the process of moving in and submitting any maintenance requests was very smooth. Every month, my partner and I are still in disbelief at how low our rent is for our unit for the features we get. My largest, and so far only, complaint is that unfortunately my unit is not very sound proof and I can sometimes embarrassingly clearly hear my neighbors. Though this wasn't an issue in other apartments I have lived in, but it seems to be a common one for apartment living in general. I would recommend R B to anyone looking for an affordable apartment for single living in beautiful areas of Champaign.
Thank you, Jazmin! We love serving you!
