It was a very nice experience for all three years. Price was fair for a one bedroom, the apartment was clean and maintained before I arrived. Any maintenance issues that I had were addressed usually within a day. It's an older building, so don't expect it to look like a high rise in campustown, but it was perfect for my needs. Very close to two buses that run to campus, close to downtown, and the neighborhood is much more quiet and pleasant than apartments closer to campus. I have recommended this apartment to friends before and I would be happy to recommend it again. Thanks for a great three years R B
response from property -Thank you, Justin, for your residency and your review!! We loved serving you!

Maintenance is very prompt and well done, but they don't call ahead and will enter your apartment without notice. Very worth it for the price.
response from property -Thank you, Melissa! We love serving you!
submitted by Jazmin A. - |Recommended: YesGreat, inexpensive apartment that makes a great home — I have enjoyed living at 509 W Green St. Royse and Brinkmeyer is a great leasing company that is very responsive and makes tenants feel that they are actually heard. R B is constantly planning events and adding new features for tenants to build a sense of community and also meet any of our needs. The apartment I am in is perfect for my living situation and offers plenty of space, especially in common areas, to customize however I want. The unit actually looked like it was thoroughly cleaned when I arrived, and the process of moving in and submitting any maintenance requests was very smooth. Every month, my partner and I are still in disbelief at how low our rent is for our unit for the features we get. My largest, and so far only, complaint is that unfortunately my unit is not very sound proof and I can sometimes embarrassingly clearly hear my neighbors. Though this wasn't an issue in other apartments I have lived in, but it seems to be a common one for apartment living in general. I would recommend R B to anyone looking for an affordable apartment for single living in beautiful areas of Champaign.
response from property -Thank you, Jazmin! We love serving you!
