Great place to live.|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, excellent service for residents, quiet area, close to downtown, on the bus line into campus.
Cozy confines, good upkeep, great location, swift response time.|Recommended: YesIn my experience it's been a comfortable stay and the other tenants have all been very kind. The security seems great, surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and it's an approachable place to stay for sure.
My favorite apartment I've ever had.|Recommended: YesIt's a great price for a fantastic location - close to downtown and the Champaign Library. The apartment itself has loads of vintage charm including hardwood floors. The kitchen is tiny but definitely work-able, with the right set-up. There's lots of storage space, and lots of windows provide cheerful sunshine and air flow. The maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. Two washers / dryers are available in the basement, which makes it a bit easier to share with your neighbors. It's extremely quiet - I never hear my neighbors.
Great location for c-u transport, simple, roomy apartments|Recommended: YesAt State St, I'm less than a block from the bus stop and about 4 blocks from the terminal, which is a hub for transport. The apartments have nice natural light from a good number of windows. The space flows well as an open kitchen-living room floor plan. More cabinet space would be nice, but that can be solved with a moveable counter-type piece of furniture. Parking included (as is snow removal from the lot...within a reasonable time frame). Maintenance calls about the apartment get resolved surprisingly fast.
Good, quiet place to live. Very pleasant.|Recommended: YesGreat location, near downtown Champaign but off the main streets. Good neighbors, generally quiet and clean. Great management too - very quick to help whenever I have a problem.
Quiet, safe, and a nice place to reside!|Recommended: YesIt's a nice place. It's right on the Green bus route, it's quiet, there haven't been any crimes in the area as far as I'm aware, and it's far enough away from campus that there aren't any problems with students in the area. Utilities are a bit on the expensive side, but the benefits outweigh those minor problems. You get your own assigned parking spot for no extra charge.
Nice place to live|Recommended: YesI'm happy with most everything living at State St
