With Flex you can pay your rent as you get paid, rather than as one large payment at the beginning of the month, AND avoid late fees. Simply sign up on the web or or download the app and you’re good to go. PLUS build your credit! Flex reports your on time payments to Transunion.

What is Flex?

Flex is a better way to pay rent. Flex covers your monthly rent on the first, and you pay it back at your own pace throughout the month.

How much does it cost?

There’s no scary interest rate with flex. You get monthly rent flexibility with one flat fee of 14.99 a month plus a payment processing fee depending on your payment type.

How does it work?

Just sign up through the app or at getflex.com and get approved. Then Flex will pay your rent directly to your property on the 1st of every month

When do I need to have signed up by to have my rent covered?

Flex covers rent from the 1st to the 3rd of each month. As long you are signed up by the 3rd, they can cover that month of rent. If you sign up after the 3rd, you will be enrolled for the following month.

How much does Flex cost?

Flex charges a flat monthly membership fee of $19.99. There are never any late fees, hidden fees, or penalties associated with Flex.

Am I Eligible?

  • You must have no outstanding rent balance
  • You must have a minimum credit score of 550
  • You must be able to link a bank account that has a history of deposits

 
Does Flex affect my credit score?

During the application process, Flex runs a soft credit check which does not affect your credit score.

What do I do when I no longer want to use Flex?

Reach out to Flex's support team at help.getflex.com/ to have your account deactivated at any time. You can reactivate your account at any point in the future by contacting their support team.
