submitted by Samantha R. - |Recommended: YesLove it — I moved here from far away without being able to see where I was moving to before I actually got here. It is really nice here and i feel safe being a single woman living alone. maintenance is super quick with work requests and the workers are nice. i had someone come to fix my toilet and saw the hook on the back of my bathroom door was hanging off when i first moved here. I asked the guy if he could fix that as well or if he doesn't have the tools with him just let me know and ill put in another request but he fixed all of it. I put the priority as very low and they were there the next morning. the AC is really good haven't had the chance to try the heat yet , the washer dryer rentals are really nice and like new. garbage disposal actually works etc. If anything I do not like the blinds on the sliding door because they are hard to move due to the kind they are but that's really the only negative. Also i think it's pretty sound proof, the only time i hear anything is when the people below me have people over or something since I guess we're connected by vents which i dont hear them too often but i don't hear the neighbors next to me at all
response from property -Thank you, Samantha! We love having you at Prospect Pointe!

My only complaint, and I'll admit it's EXTREMELY MINOR, is the lack of painted parking lines. Sometimes space can get tight due to odd parking angles. Other than that tiny, tiny issue, this place is 10 10
response from property -Thank you, Matt! We love having you as our resident!!

response from property -Thank you, Lovetta! We love having you as our resident!

submitted by Dawei Z. - |Recommended: YesLove the design, furniture, and location — Almost perfect here, only 2 problems for me 1. The noise is obvious. We can hear the sound from neighbors. 2. Need an on-site gym for work-out.
response from property -Thank you, Dawei!!

submitted by Laura L. - |Recommended: YesAbsolutely Love It Here — I absolutely love living here The complex is so well kept and my apartment itself is great. The few times I have dealt with maintenance have been wonderful - quick turnaround and work beyond expectations. For example I purchased my own washer and dryer. The delivery guys were unable to finish the installation of the dryer because of an issue with the vent. I put in a request to have the issue fixed, figuring I could finish installation on my own. When I came home a couple days later, maintenance had come by to fix the issue - and they also finished the installation I love that there are regularly maintenance and groundsworkers around the complex - it's nice to know it's not ignored and is generally watched and maintained. I cannot get over how little I can hear from other apartments - while occasional hallway noise creeps in it's rare I have wonderful neighbors too and once everyone is in their apartment, you can't hear a thing
response from property -Thank you Laura!

submitted by Zachary S. - |Recommended: YesIt is what it is — It's a very simple property in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Absolutely no extras, but everything you would need. We already had a washer and dryer. Maintenance has been very responsive. Walking to the mailbox in the winter is a drag
submitted by Payton F. - |Recommended: YesWould recommend — Nice area, friendly people. Lots of parking space, which is nice. Staff is usually great in cold weather months clearing out snow in a timely fashion. Only issue I have at times is the noise. The walls seem very thin and allow noise in from everywhere. It's not ideal, but hasn't been a deal breaker for me. Overall, though, I've had a good experience here. I'd definitely recommend it to other people.
response from property -Thanks Payton!
submitted by Shana H. - |Recommended: YesGreat But a few minor improvements would help — I have loved my time at Prospect Pointe. Parking can be an issue and I think parking spot lines would make all the difference So many people park too far from the next car and waste a lot of space. Also well marked handicap spots because it is hard to read some signs. Neighbors above can be quite loud especially with families. We have neighbors where their baby cried so loud it would wake me up in the middle of the night and they would run a vacuum cleaner after midnight.
