Package Acceptance

With our Package Acceptance program you will never have to worry about your packages again!

How it Works:

  • Ship your packages to yourself, using your Royse + Brinkmeyer leasing office address (see list below).
  • When your package arrives, you will receive an email or text alert, and you can pick it up at your leasing office, at your convenience, completely free.

Some Fine Print:

  • Packages will be returned to the sender if not picked up within 2 weeks of delivery.
  • We will not be able to accept packages over 80 pounds.
