  • Community Manager

    Salary: $20/hour

    We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team! Community Managers are responsible for leasing, management, and daily operations of assigned properties, as well as delivering the highest level of residential service with a goal to exceed expectations.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Complete regular community inspections of common areas, amenities, models, and vacant apartment homes, and complete the community inspection report.
    • Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns
    • Promotes resident satisfaction and retention, relationship-building, events, and attention to property/building condition
    • Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in
    • Assist in the delivery of resident notices
    • Generate and manage resident renewal documentation
    • Responsible for leasing and renewal outcomes for assigned communities
    • Report and offer recommendations for community capital improvements
    • Supervise the planning and implementation of, and attend and monitor, various community recreational and social activities
    • Performs regular property walks and lighting inspections
    • Report physical deficiencies of properties to the Director of Maintenance
    • Snow removal and ice prevention during winter months, as needed
    • Assists on projects as needed

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Continuous bending, crouching, reaching, climbing, repetitive motions, standing and moving about the entire workday.
    • Occasional heavy lifting
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time
    • Long periods of computer work
    • Ability to work in extreme heat and cold

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
    • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
    • Superior attention to detail
    • High level of integrity
