We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team! Community Managers are responsible for leasing, management, and daily operations of assigned properties, as well as delivering the highest level of residential service with a goal to exceed expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete regular community inspections of common areas, amenities, models, and vacant apartment homes, and complete the community inspection report.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention, relationship-building, events, and attention to property/building condition
- Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in
- Assist in the delivery of resident notices
- Generate and manage resident renewal documentation
- Responsible for leasing and renewal outcomes for assigned communities
- Report and offer recommendations for community capital improvements
- Supervise the planning and implementation of, and attend and monitor, various community recreational and social activities
- Performs regular property walks and lighting inspections
- Report physical deficiencies of properties to the Director of Maintenance
- Snow removal and ice prevention during winter months, as needed
- Assists on projects as needed

- Continuous bending, crouching, reaching, climbing, repetitive motions, standing and moving about the entire workday.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
