WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of property grounds, amenities, and building exteriors across our communities. That includes weeding and watering, trash removal, cleaning common areas and exterior entry points, maintaining pet waste stations, and keeping outdoor amenities clean and stocked. In the winter, you'll assist with snow removal and ice prevention as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

You're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You take ownership of your work and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to do it right. You're able to stay focused and productive outdoors in all kinds of weather, and you show up consistently

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Dependable Vehicle and Valid Insurance 
• Ability to work overtime, if needed
