PARKING

You will park on N Hickory Street in parking space #15, (between E Columbia Avenue and E Washington Street) just a short walk away from our building. No permit is needed to park in this space.


Directions


All parking spaces inside and outside of the 520 Neil St. garage are reserved. Please do not park in these spaces, as your car will be towed. If your car is towed, you will need to contact Feldkamps Towing at (217) 305-4913.

You will receive a message via email or your booking channel with the lock box code within 5 days of check in.

Retrieving the Keys

To retrieve the keys, you will find the key lock box labeled “1” on the cement pillar on the north side of the garage.



Once you have retrieved the keys you can access the building via the entrance to the right of the cement pillar. The fob reader is just to the left of the door.

Directions to the Apartment

Once inside the building, you will follow the hallway to the end and take a left to the elevator. Head to the second floor. The Apartment is #250, the third door on the right.

You will be charged for missing keys.

About the Apartment

We’ve set up your apartment to give you a stress free stay!


Toilet paper can be found in each bathroom, under the sink. There is also one hairdryer in the larger bathroom under the sink along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


In the kitchen, you will find a supply of coffee and sweetener in the cabinet above the coffee maker. There are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink and paper towels in the cabinet to the right of the oven.


Should you need to do laundry you will find tide pods on top of the washing machine.


An iron and counter top ironing board are also provided for your convenience.


We hope these little touches help make you feel at home. :)

Building Rules

  1. All parking spaces inside and outside of the 520 Neil St. garage are reserved. Please do not park in these spaces, as your car will be towed. If your car is towed, you will need to contact Feldkamps Towing at (217) 305-4913.
  2. This is a NON-SMOKING building. Thank you for not smoking.
  3. Please observe the building’s quiet hours, which are 10:00 pm-7:00 am.
  4. Please do not tamper with or disable the smoke detectors. This can cause problems for the whole building. Contact us at (217) 352-1129 for assistance.
  5. Pets are allowed, for a fee.
  6. Checkout is at 11 AM, there are fees for staying later than scheduled.

Cleaning The Cooktop

Glass cook-tops can be difficult to clean. We have provided an Affresh cook-top cleaning kit 9located under the kitchen sink) to make clean up easy.

The apartment is equipped with an LG WebOS Smart TV. There is no TV service provided, but feel free to download or log in to any of your favorite streaming apps!


The TV should be set up and ready to go, but don’t hesitate to reach out via messages if you have any issues.

About the Building

This building boasts a few pretty cool amenities! You can relax and enjoy a wonderful view of Downtown Champaign from the rooftop patio; just take the elevator to the 6th floor. Feel free to use the grill, which is provided for residents of the building.


Located on the first floor is a small gym with free weights, treadmill, and Peloton bike. The gym is available to you 24 hours a day.


Trash & recycling chutes are located at the south end of the hallway (out the door and to the right). If you have items that are too large to fit down the chute, please bring them down to the “trash room”, located on the southeast corner of the garage. The key labeled “ST” will open this door.

Check out procedures

Check out is at 11 AM. Late checkouts may be arranged ahead of time, but without notice will incur a late check out fee.


We really hope you enjoy your stay! Before you go, we ask that you do a few things:

  1. Please load and run the dishwasher on your way out, we’ll take care of putting the dishes away.
  2. Turn the bathroom fans on.
  3. Leave the thermostat set to 60 during freezing temps.
  4. If you are so inclined, please write in our guest book! We love reading what you enjoyed about your stay!
  5. If used, please ensure both bike’s are returned to the bike cage and locked up and the bike keys are returned to their hook, inside the apartment.
  6. Lock the door behind you and return your keys as instructed.
  7. Once you’re checked out, we’d love it if you could leave us a review on the Airbnb site! Feedback is always useful and welcomed!
