How to Keep Your Package Secure and Save Time with R+B@Home

Online shopping is the best. You don't have to get dressed; you don't even have to get up! But then you have to worry about your package. Is your expensive purchase going to have to sit out all day while you’re stuck at work?

We can make this process much simpler for you through our Parcel Alert Service and R+B@Home Package Delivery!

Here are the details:

1. Use Parcel Alert to pick up packages at your leisure, for free

Ship your packages to yourself, using the Royse + Brinkmeyer address indicated on the address grid below*

When your package arrives you will receive an email alert, and you can pick it up at your leasing office at your convenience, completely free.

*All packages must be under 80 lbs. Packages not picked up within two weeks will be returned to sender

2. Use our R+B@Home Package Delivery Service, and we’ll do the work for you.

If you don’t have time to make an extra trip, our R+B@Home staff will deliver your package right to you for as little as $5. Not home? No worries! R+B@Home staff can set your package just inside your door. Completely secure with no extra hassle!

How to Schedule A Package Delivery

  1. Ship your package as instructed for Parcel Alert Service

Having a small space does not mean you have to feel cramped. Just follow these tips to make your space feel more open and spacious no matter how much square footage you have. TRASH IT OR CHERISH IT. First, take some time to declutter your apartment and organize what you already have. You cannot create more space in your apartment unless you make that space by getting rid of some items. That pile of books in your corner that you have not even flipped through, maybe it’s time to let them go. LET’S GET ORGANIZED. After you have downsized your belongings, it is time to get organized! If everything has a place to go then there will not be a giant monster of overflow invading your living space. If you are in a smaller space, you can utilize dividers in drawers, curio cabinets, or even boxes and bins. Vacuum storage bags are also a great trick for hidable storage – they take up less space, protect your items, and can be stored under your bed. Bookshelves can hold pretty much everything; wire racks in the kitchen can free up cabinet space from kitchen utensils; and utilizing your walls not only for shelves but also to display some of your favorite items as well are great ways to both personalize your space and keep it organized! Furniture pieces can serve way more than just one purpose! Try out a coffee table with plenty of drawers, an ottoman with a removable top, or even a bedframe with hidden storage. Get as creative with your organization as you would with decorating your space! USE AN ILLUSION You can trick the eye into thinking you have a bigger space using bright colors and wall art. Light colors on the walls reflect light and create an illusion of a bigger space. Luckily, Royse + Brinkmeyer always sticks to a neutral palette, a nice cream color. However, that does not mean you have to have boring plain walls. Utilizing tapestries or artwork in uniform colors is a wonderful way to spice up your walls without making your space feel small. Another trick that can create depth, reflect light, and brighten up a room is utilizing mirrors on your walls. We hope these tips can help you make your space, no matter how small, feel a little bit more spacious and welcoming. Make sure to let your creativity flourish and have fun!
