Paying Rent

Paying Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

We offer a free-of-charge, no phone call, no hassle, five day grace period – so – rent is due the 1st, but payable through the 5th of every month. If your rent is not paid by the 5th, a late fee will be charged.

It is important to note that any payment you make is applied to your rent only after any other unpaid balances are paid (i.e. utility chargebacks, R+B@Home services, late fees, etc.)

Feel free to call us any time with questions about your account or how to pay. We're here to help!

How to Pay

Online

You may pay your rent online through your Resident Portal any time.
Note: There is a larger processing fee for credit and debit cards than e-checks. If you plan to pay with a debit card you can save money by instead paying with an e-check. All you will need is your account number and your bank's routing number.

In Person

Stop by our main leasing office at 211 W. Springfield Ave. during office hours to drop off your payment by check or money order.

After Hours
If our office is not open, you may leave your rent in the rent drop box (just to the left of our front office door).

Flex Payments

For flexible rent payment options, we offer Flex. Flex pays your rent on the first and allows you to pay them back over the course of the month. They also report your payments to the credit agencies, which helps build your credit!

To set up Flex you will need to visit their website at help.getflex.com/. To learn more you can view our Flex FAQ.
