From Resident Portal you can:

Accessing Resident Portal

You likely signed up for Resident Portal as a part of your leasing process, however if you filled out your application and lease by hand, you will need to create an account.

Signing Up for Resident Portal

If you have not made an account yet, click on the "request access to the portal" link under the login button. From there, you will need to select your property, and fill out your information as it appears on your lease.
